Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! For branding projects, VIP Days and Website in A Day,  a payment of 50% of the project is required in order to get started. This ensures your place in the queue. The remaining balance to be paid at the end of the project. 
For branding + website projects, your payment will be split through a payment plan which is up to 3-4 cycles.

What platform do you build websites on?

This depends on what would best benefit your business. Primarily we work in Show It and sometimes Squarespace.

Do I need to have all my content prepped before our website project?

You must have all website copy + hi-res professional images ready before beginning the project to ensure a smooth & thought out successful project. This way we can ensure there are no delays and the project runs seamlessly in the time frame agreed upon. 

Is my domain + hosting included in the website package?

No. You will need to create an account in Show It + purchase a plan separately as well as purchasing a domain name through either GoDaddy or Google Domains.

Is website copy included in my website project?

Unfortunately this is not my area of expertise. However, I am more than happy to connect you with someone who would love to help you with this. Please ask upon inquiry and we can chat more about this, as I am happy to provide further details. 

Is website maintenance included in my website project package?

For the first 2 weeks we offer support. Anything after that is an hourly charge. We include a PDF of the basics on how to update your site along with a Zoom chat if interested. This way, you have the tools to make any basic changes on your website that include colour, image or text changes.
