How do I book?

We’ll start with a Zoom chat to connect face to face and talk about your vision, goals, and what the SCC process looks like. Once we’re ready to move forward, we’ll choose a start date, sign your contract, and secure your spot with a booking deposit. Your deposit goes toward your total investment and officially reserves your project on my calendar — then we’re all set to create something beautiful and intentional together.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I require a 35% payment to hold your place in my calendar, with the remaining balance to be paid upon project completion. For branding + website services, I offer a manageable payment plan that can be split into 3–4 cycles.

All I need is a logo. Can we do this?

Here’s the thing — your branding is so much more than just a logo. It’s an investment in yourself and your business, something that should be well-thought-out and created with a strategy (and soul!). That’s why my services can never be limited to just designing logos. It takes all the branding elements working together to cohesively tell your brand story. Trust me, it’ll be well worth the time and effort!

Do I need to have all my content prepped before our website project?

If you want your website project to go off without a hitch, it’s best to get all of your web copy and branding images together before we even start — aka, plan ahead! This helps avoid any delays and ensures we stay on track.

No. Website hosting and domain registration are not included in our packages. These will be purchased separately by you, ensuring your website and domain are completely owned and managed under your name. We will happily give you a promo code to get 1 month free in Showit:)

Unfortunately, writing website copy is not my area of expertise. However, I work closely with Studio Brooks and this is their main wheelhouse. Working with Jess is amazing!

Is website maintenance included in my website project package?

I offer support for two weeks following your project delivery. I also include a PDF on how to make basic website updates (colors, images, text, etc.) to guide you after our time together. If you require extended support, it will be charged at my hourly rate.
