I started Soul Coast Creative because I know what it feels like to build something you're proud of, and still feel like your online presence doesn't quite say it. For over 10 years, I've helped female entrepreneurs go from "it's fine, I guess" to genuinely proud of how they show up online; through branding and websites that feel as elevated and intentional as the work they do behind the scenes.

How do I book?

We’ll start with a Zoom chat to connect face to face and talk through your vision, goals, and what the SCC process looks like. Once we’re ready to move forward, we’ll choose a start date, sign your contract, and secure your spot with a booking deposit. Your booking deposit goes toward your total investment and officially reserves your project in my calendar, then we’re all set to create something beautiful together.

Do you offer payment plans?

We understand that investing in your business is a meaningful commitment, which is why flexible payment options are available for select projects. To officially reserve your project date, a deposit is required, with the remaining balance divided throughout the duration of your project. Whether you prefer half upfront and half at completion, monthly instalments, or payment in full, we’re happy to create a payment plan that works best for you. Final payment is required prior to project delivery or launch.

To ensure your website project runs as smoothly and seamlessly as possible, I recommend having your website copy and branding imagery prepared before your start date. Planning ahead helps avoid unnecessary delays, keeps the project moving efficiently, and allows us to stay aligned with your timeline from start to finish.

Is my domain and hosting included in the website pricing package?

No. Website hosting and domain registration are not included in our packages. These will be purchased separately by you, ensuring your website and domain are completely owned and managed under your name. We will happily give you a promo code to get 1 month free in Showit:)

Is website copy included in my website design package?

Unfortunately, writing website copy is not my area of expertise. However, I work closely with Studio Brooks and this is their main wheelhouse. Working with Jess is amazing!

Is website maintenance included in my website project package?

I offer support for two weeks following your project delivery. I also include a PDF on how to make basic website updates (colors, images, text, etc.) to guide you after our time together. If you require extended support, it will be charged at my hourly rate.

We work exclusively in Showit because we truly believe it’s the best platform out there. It gives us complete creative freedom to design without limits and stay fully aligned with the brand we’ve built together. when we design in showit, we know we can bring your vision to life exactly as it deserves to be seen.
