You have just made the decision to move forward in bringing your branding / website to life! To kick off this journey, I'll have you fill out an online questionnaire and create a vision board on Pinterest. Together we will build the foundation of your brand - that is to unearth what motivates you as both a business owner AND human so we can craft an identity that truly speaks to you. Here's what to expect in the process:

Get ready — the fun stuff starts now! I take that vision of yours and head to my creative zone to craft a distinct visual identity tailored just for you. bring it into reality. You can expect 2-3 design concepts from me within 10 days, created with flair based on your brand foundation plus some original ideas of my own. Then, we'll work together in perfecting them for an end result that feels nothing short of magic.
moodboard creations to set the tone, mood and vibe of your branding. this will include possible font options, layouts and colour palettes.
once we have DECIDED ON THE MOODBOARD, WE WILL THEN START TO CREATE THE BRANDING CONCEPTS.

Congratulations! It’s time to share your new brand to the world. I’ll send you a folder with all of the project files + tools you need to market and maintain this next chapter of your business.
THE REMAINING BALANCE OF PAYMENT WILL BE PAID OUT. ONCE THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED, YOU WILL RECEIVE ALL FINAL FILES

Other things to know...
All project quotes are valid for 30 days.

A payment of 50% of the project is required in order to get your branding project started.
A payment of 25% or 33% (your pick!) of the project is required in order to get the branding AND website project started.
This ensures your place in the queue. We book projects several
weeks/months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that I give you
the proper amount of time that your project deserves. As a result, I
turn away clients for your reserved time slot.
The deposits ensure that
clients are serious about moving forward with the project.
The deposit
must be made within 3 working days of acceptance of the quote.
The remaining payment will be made once the project is complete.
Once the final payment has been made, all of your design files will
be sent to you via Google Drive link along with instructions on how to
save your files.
If payments are late, you will be subject to a late fee of an extra $25
per week.
PAYMENTS
You will receive a questionnaire that must be filled out in full in
order to get the process started. I will need these extra details to
see what inspires you! If we agree to work together, you’ll make
a Pinterest board of images that match the aesthetic and feel you
want for your project and complete brief and forms.

Yes! For branding services, VIP Days and Website in a Weekend, I require a 50% payment to hold your place in my calendar, with the remaining balance to be paid upon project completion. For branding + website services, I offer a manageable payment plan that can be split into 3-4 cycles.
I swear by Showit, so depending on the specific needs of your business, we will typically go with that option.
Here’s the thing — your branding is SO much more than just a logo. It’s an investment in yourself and your business, something that should be well-thought out and created with a strategy (and soul!) That's why my services can never be limited to just designing logos. It takes all branding elements working in tandem to cohesively tell your brand story fully. Trust me, it’ll be well worth the time + effort!
If you want your website project to go off without a hitch, it's best to get all of your web copy and branding images together before we even start — aka, plan ahead! This will help to avoid any delays and ensure we stay on track.
No. You’ll need to create an account + purchase a hosting plan through Showit, as well as secure your domain name through websites like GoDaddy or Google Domains.
Unfortunately, writing website copy is not my area of expertise. However, I work with some amazing copywriters and am more than happy to connect you with someone who can get the job done!
I offer support for two weeks following your project delivery. I also include a PDF on how to make basic website updates (color, images, tex, etc). to guide you after our time together. If you require extended support, it will be charged at my hourly rate.
